He was introduced by Congressman John Yarmuth (KY-3), who authored the legislation that launched the Digital Promise.

Josniel and his school participated in the NYC Connected Learning Program in which CFY is the lead partner. In his speech, Josniel attributed his academic success to CFY and digital learning, which made for a compelling opening to the launch of the federal Digital Promise center. Click below to see his speech and introduction of Secretary Arne Duncan.
