Numbers Served

CFY’s reach has grown tremendously over the past decade. During our first year of operations in 1999, we served 230 families from a middle school in the Bronx. Today, CFY works with schools and families in five cities across the country and has served more than 50,000 families overall.

During the 2010-2011 academic year alone, CFY served more than 17,000 families and 500+ teachers in over 100 schools in seven school districts nationwide. In addition, CFY operates an Affiliate Network of over 30 members which collectively provide similar services to thousands of additional families.

The combination of CFY’s direct service operations and our Affiliate Network makes us the largest provider of our kind in the nation and a recognized leader in harnessing digital learning to improve educational outcomes.
